Is Xurjin a shop?
Xurjin connects brands and creators and records the results of their collaboration. Customers buy on the brand’s website. The seller handles the product, payment, delivery, and returns.
How do I get started?
Choose a brand or creator account, complete your profile, and submit it for review. Once your account is approved, you can start using the marketplace. Creators then apply to brands, and each brand decides whom to partner with.
Does registration cost anything?
Registration is free for both brands and creators. Brands set the creator commission for each product, and creators see the amount or rate before accepting an offer.
Do brands need to connect their website?
Yes. The website needs to save the creator’s link information and send it to Xurjin with each successful sale. This connects purchases to the right creator. Setup instructions are in the Integration section of the brand’s account.
What if someone buys later?
A purchase within 30 days of a click can still earn you commission. The brand’s website needs to send the saved link information with the sale. Changing devices or clearing browser data can break that connection.
Does the whole basket earn commission?
Each personal link is tied to one product. Commission is calculated for that product under the agreed terms. It does not automatically cover other products in the same order.
What happens if an order is cancelled?
When a cancellation is recorded, the related commission is removed from earned totals. The original sale stays in the records so both sides can follow what changed.
Is earned commission already paid?
No. Earned commission is the amount calculated from recorded sales. Payment is a separate step. Check the Finance section of your account to see earned and paid amounts separately.
